Services · Fixed fees, $450 to $1,400
Not a word count — six engagements, each with one price.
Every engagement below is quoted as a single figure, invoiced half to begin and half on delivery, and includes an interview, an outline, a full draft and two revision rounds. The studio works only with independent physical therapy, chiropractic and wellness practices.

02 · What a page is made of
Four layers inside every fee
- 01
The interview
Forty-five minutes, by phone or at the studio. The questions concern how you treat, whom you treat, and what a patient fears before the first visit. Nothing about a patient is recorded.
- 02
The outline
One page, returned on Day 2. It sets each page’s headline, its single claim and its closing action, so that disagreements are settled before prose exists.
- 03
The draft and two revisions
A full draft by Day 6 as a shared document. Each revision round is returned within one business day of your notes.
- 04
The paste-ready files
A shared document, a plain-text version and an HTML-ready version, with each page’s headline, meta description and button text labelled for whoever builds the site.
03 · Choosing a scope
Match the engagement to the practice you run today.
If your situation sits between two rows, say so in the brief. The studio will quote the smaller scope that solves the problem.
04 · Terms of engagement
How the fee is held and billed
Standing terms
- Fifty percent to begin, fifty percent on delivery
- Card, ACH or check; the quoted figure is the invoiced figure
- Two revision rounds included in every engagement
- Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted in writing first
- Copy avoids cure and guarantee language; your counsel and state board keep the final word
Bring to the first call
- Your current site address, or a plain list of its pages
- The three questions new patients ask most, in their wording
- Blank new-patient paperwork
- Which insurance plans you accept, or that you are cash-only
- Parking, entrance and first-visit length as a patient meets them
Please send nothing that identifies a patient.
Questions on scope and price
Can the fee change once the project begins?
Only if you ask for work outside the agreed scope, and then only after a written quote you have accepted. Otherwise the figure on the quote is the figure on the invoice.
Do you write for practices outside physical therapy, chiropractic and wellness?
No. The studio keeps to independent clinics and wellness practices so that the vocabulary on the page is the vocabulary used in the room.
Can I begin with one page and expand later?
Yes. A $450 service-page rewrite can be followed by further engagements; the second-location row above applies once a first engagement exists.
How soon can work begin?
Quotes return within one business day. The interview is scheduled once the first half of the fee is received, and the calendar runs from that call.
Request a fixed quote
Name the engagement. The figure follows.
State which row applies, what you treat, and when you hope to launch. A fixed quote returns within one business day.
