Contact · Little Neck, NY
Not a contact form — a desk with a telephone on it.
Calls are answered Monday to Friday, 8:30am–7pm, by the writer who will draft your pages. Prefer to write? Send four lines and a fixed quote, between $450 and $1,400, returns within one business day.
01 · The three lines in
Telephone, post box, front door
Each channel reaches the same desk. Choose by how much you have to say.
- Telephone(718) 749-4702
Best for a first conversation. Ten minutes is enough to establish whether a page rewrite or a whole-practice engagement fits.
- Emailcontact@juniperyardcopy.com
Best for a written brief. Include your current site address; no patient information, ever.
- Studio246-40 Alameda Ave, Little Neck, NY 11362
Interviews may be held at the desk by appointment. Please call ahead so the room is ready.
02 · The brief
Four lines, and the quote follows
A short brief lets the studio price the work before the first call. Mention what you can of the following.
- What you treat, and the one condition or service you want more of
- Which pages exist today, or the address of the site
- Whether you need page copy, an intake email sequence, or both
- The month you hope to launch
Engagements are billed half to begin and half on delivery, by card, ACH or check.

04 · Before you write
What happens to a brief once it arrives
How quickly does a quote arrive?
Within one business day of the brief. It is a single figure, written down, and it is the figure that appears on your invoice.
Is the first call charged?
No. The first conversation establishes scope only. The 45-minute interview begins once you have accepted a quote and paid the first half.
Can the interview be held in the evening?
Yes. Evenings are available by appointment for clinicians who are only free after their last patient. Call or mention it in the brief.
Should I send patient information?
Please do not. Nothing identifiable about a patient is needed to write a page or an email. The studio writes from your words and your documents.
